How It Works: TIJ Technology

This system uses Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) technology. The printer heats the ink inside the cartridge. This creates a small bubble. The bubble pushes a clean drop of ink through a tiny nozzle onto the product.

This process does not touch the product. Because of this, it prints clearly on flat surfaces and uneven surfaces. You can connect multiple print heads to print large text, barcodes, and logos at high speeds.

Aluminum Alloy Case: The main controller box uses strong aluminum alloy. It protects the machine from drops and stops static electricity interference.

7 inch Color Touch Screen: This large screen is easy to use. It uses simple graphic icons. Machine operators can change settings and edit text quickly.

External Cartridge System: You can connect up to 8 external ink cartridges at the same time. You can choose 0.5 inch or 1 inch cartridge sizes to build a tall print area.

Adjustable Print Height: You can connect up to eight cartridges together. This lets you change the print height from 2mm to 200mm. It is perfect for large boxes or industrial panels.

Multiple Sensor Modes: You can connect a photo sensor for items. You can also connect a wheel encoder. The encoder changes the print speed automatically if the conveyor belt changes speed.

Adjustable Bracket: The metal support bracket moves easily. You can print from the side, from the top, or at different angles.

Adjustable Resolution: You can choose 300, 400, or 600 DPI print quality.  Resolution can be manually adjusted according to printing speed, thereby maximizing ink consumption optimization and output efficiency.

Many Barcode Choices: The machine can generate numbers, dates, and many barcode types. It supports QRCODE, PDF417, DATAMATRIX, UPCA, UPCE, EAN13, EAN8, INT25, CODE39, CODE128, and EAN128.

Easy USB Transfer: You can import logos, fonts, and data sheets with a USB flash drive. It reads BMP, JPG, and PNG images. It also reads XLS, CSV, TXT, and LOG files.

Quick Dry Ink: The ink dries instantly and is waterproof. It works well on wood boards, cartons, metal, plastic, pipes, and glass.

Global Languages: The machine supports more than 30 languages. We can set your local language as the default factory language before shipping.
